Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. We offer free worldwide shipping over €200. You will receive confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified to your registered email address when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package. If an order is placed on national days or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.
Amanda Loulou S.A. makes effort to dispatch items within 3 working days, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

For customized orders, we need 7-10 working days to prepare and ship your order.

All our prices include the European VAT. All our products are shipped from Greece. If you place an order and the shipping address is located outside the EU, then please keep in mind that import duties and taxes may incur by the local custom office upon the package's arrival at the airport. For further information please contact your local tax authority.
Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept returns to exchange your item with something else from our store collection.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package and you have not notified us with your request for a return to exchange your item then unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns or refunds on pieces that are made-to-order. If the piece you ordered is not available in immediate stock then we will notify you by email that it will need to be be made-to-order and await confirmation before proceeding with producing your piece.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at displexia@gmail.com and send your item to:
